Hi Amanda,

Thank you for your review. We just wanted to clarify that we haven’t sold those compostable poo bags for over two years. These bags have a natural shelf life of around 12–18 months and must be stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. If not stored properly, they can start to break down even sooner, so if they were from us, they’ll be well past their usable lifespan by now and even back in January.

We have also reached out for more details, as we haven’t been able to find an order under your name, but haven’t received a response. It’s possible the bags were purchased elsewhere, but we’re still sorry to hear they didn’t hold up as expected.

If you wanted to get in touch we have a new range of Compostable Poo Bags available which we would be happy to send you a box of in replacement.
