A wonderful service from great staff. Fully knowledgeable and would highly recommend. We are so pleased with our new bed. Loved that they offered assembly and disposal services. Good quality comfortable mattress. We went for zipped/linked beds, meaning my wife could get a softer mattress as I prefer a firm bed. Happy wife, happy life 👍

Sooo comfy! The only down side is I've struggled to get out of bed this week lol!

I would not buy anything from this store.Bought mattress recently and I requested for exchange due to back pain . The company refuse to give any help . Even being regular customer , no help
In past 3 times bought mattress and no issue . Every company in UK has some kind of return policy . This company never offered any help.
Don’t waste your money .

My son purchased a new mattress from the Catterick store recently. Unfortunately, due to back problems, my son was in a lot of pain after a night on this mattress. We had placed a mattress protector on it because we were told that the mattress would otherwise be non returnable.
It is not the store policy to let you try a mattress for a trial period. Fortunately, the owner of the company was sympathetic to my sons back problems and allowed us to change the mattress for one more suitable to his needs. We had made our purchase in haste.
The sales staff are professional and helpful. The delivery drivers were a pleasure to meet.

Thank you to Nicky who helped me with my new mattress purchase, she was very knowledgeable and friendly, no pushy sales. David who delivered the mattress was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and so lovely to talk to and not forgetting Robert who was also efficient and very personable. An absolute pleasure to deal with and I will be highly recommending! Thank you all.

Unfortunately will never shop with simply beds again. It’s my first time buying a mattress so maybe I was naive to believe everything I was told. The sales lady was lovely however I was sold incorrect information. Now I’m £800 down and we thoroughly hate our new mattress. I ended up going with a 3000 spring soft mattress because when I made it clear me and my partner have back problems but wanted comfort, she assured me that even though it was soft, the 3000 spring mechanism meant it was firm in all the right places so would not be a problem for our backs. Here we are unable to sleep & backs worse off. Simply beds should 100% implement a trial period, cause my money does not grow on trees and £800 is a big investment for me. Now I have to get rid & start again. Massive headache.

Yasmin, in the Ealing Simply Beds shop gave me outstanding customer care, par excellence. I recommend my friends to go her Branch for all bedding. She was simply amazing, caring. so committed that I got the right product to suit my needs. She has excellent Customer Care, PR & Selling skills, she will make an Employer very rich some day, somewhere if not Simply Beds - she is doing an outstanding job there. So look after her, she is a huge assed to any company.

The lady at the branch was friendly and very knowledgeable. The delivery was fast and the delivery drivers friendly. The bed cost just over a thousand pounds and it is a lovely bed. Mattress, I tried in the shop and asked if it is going to be rolled(boxed mattress) as most are today and was told that the only I liked was a boxed one so have decided to go for it anyway because it was literally the only one I liked.
The bed arrived, assembled by myself and the husband in around 40 minutes.
The mattress seems great!!
The reason I am writing this review is because the warranty leaflet we got with our mattress clearly states that the warranty is void if the mattress is folded/rolled??
How can this be when the mattress is rolled/vacuumed packed and delivered in such a state. Does this mean that the warranty is invalid from day one?
Also, the list goes on and on..you are not allowed to sit on the mattress, you must rotate/flip every single week for the first nine months and then every two weeks after that. If you do not flip it weekly, the warranty is invalid.
The service was good but for a £500 mattress you would not expect the care instructions to be so contradictory and unrealistic..
I still cannot get over the mattress not being allowed to be rolled and it comes rolled up.
Maybe get the bed there but get the mattress somewhere else?
Forgot to add: you are not allowed to use a new mattress on an old base so if you are buying a new mattress you will need a new bed as well because otherwise the warranty is invalid?

AWFULL SERVICE, TERRIBLE MATTRESS, THEY DONT CARE WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, BEEN TOTALLY IGNORED, SIMPLY VERY BAD,WASTE OF MONEY. NEVER AGAIN.

I buy all my beds and mattresses from here. Really good quality products, helpful advice on what is the most suitable mattresses etc for my family and great delivery service. Plus, I like the fact that it’s a local business.

We had purchased one of those bed that you seen a advertised on tv and the first three years it was ok but then it just lost shape and was no good. So in need of a new bed we decided to shop local and support local bussines. Rob the salesman was great and took the time to help me find the mattress that i wanted. Delivery was smooth and the guys were great.

One of the best companies have dealt with in a long long time. All staff were super friendly and helpful and the delivery was quick and made easy by efficient and friendly lads. Would not hesitate to recommend them. The product was just what I wanted - a thoroughly good experience throughout.
