Michael was so efficient and quick to assist me with my missing cashback which the retailer marked/voided prematurely as incomplete. Through a few weeks of Michael's follow-ups, he was able to get the retailer to acknowledge the completed order and my cash back was successfully tracked and paid out. Also, Simply Best Coupons has cash back for some of the brands and retailers that other websites do not have. That alone sets it apart from the rest of the competitors. It is not like other websites you may miss your cashback.

Been using SBC for a few years and it's been working well until this month where 3 purchases at Walgreens did not get credited automatically (used Safari WITHOUT any browser plugins whatsoever), opened inquiries for the 3 purchases, sent them the order confirmation, and now they rejected them with reason that order credited to other website. That's a complete and utter fabrication as I mentioned earlier, I always ensured to use browser without plugins that could have stolen click credit. The cashback amounts are insignificant, but I'll stop using the site as a matter of principle. My attempt to reach out to them after the rejection of order inquiries were ONLY responded to a few days until I posted this review on Trustpilot. The latest response from them has not been positive, downplaying the issue, labeling this review as libel, and just passed the bucks to Walgreens, case closed. How SBC handles the situation where things go wrong is how it builds lasting impression on my mind, whether I can recommend others to use the site / not, and so far I don't see any evidence that SBC is trying to handle this situation in a professional manner.
