Highly recommended

I have been using simply book for almost a year, it's definitely one of the better booking systems I've used. In the past I've used competitors of them and they have fallen short. This company definitely offers great booking services and easy rescheduling for customers. 5star highly recommended.

I love that it has so many features but…

I love that it has so many features but that comes with a learning curve. As a massage therapist I wish it would allow my clients to purchase recurring services subscriptions.

Great app so far

Great app so far. Would be nice to have the option to add on extra treatments to the one bookings and for the text reminders to go out for all changes to appointments. Great that it links to my phone calendar.

In order to sell extra treatments in the booking process via the service add on or product add on custom features you must have a monthly subscription in place. For a small part time business it’s not financially viable to have one of these subscriptions in place. So the basic level is very limited.

Oh my gosh you guys, I've finally found it! After trying everything, the search is over: SimplyBook.me is the online booking system I have been looking for. Terrible experience

I bought 100 additional bookings ($4.88) for testing, and they all disappeared within four days, that’s impossible!

Also, the pricing strategy is quite poor, even adjusting staff colours in the calendar considered a custom feature?, no thanks!

customer service for the win

Honestly, simplybook.me is clunky, and I've had to learn a few workarounds to fit my needs, but it's doable. For example, it would be really great if there was an all-day service option (without having to use CSS.) BUT, thank goodness for their live chat support! Their team is quick to respond and super knowledgeable. If they didn't have such stellar customer service I would change to a different booking platform.

Excellent tool with great local payment options and support

SimplyBook.me is the only online booking tool I found that allowed me to integrate local payment solutions. A huge advantage for my business.
