They take your money

They take your money, then nothing.

One week later and the tracking code (generated immediately upon sale) shows the courier compnay (Evri - FFS) haven't even picked the item up.

Use their online contact form, and no reply.

Another irritating vendor where I now have to get my money back through my credit card.

Horrible experience / Avoid this seller

I've bought from Simplybrandsdirect by Amazon, a HiFi system by PANASONIC. I've got an horrible experience!

I bought one device at a nice price. Problems:
-- They sent me a DIFFERENT one!
-- They sent from UK to Spain, but did not manage Custom. They told me I had to pay-manage myself, but it was not true.
-- They put the wrong device name in the Invoice.
-- They manage the IVA wrongly in the Invoice, so they transform the IVA amount into base-price: I had to pay more than the right.
-- They do not answare the message. So, impossible to communicate.

Please, avoid this seller.

Ordered a Milton Cold Water Steriliser…

Ordered a Milton Cold Water Steriliser for our new baby arrival. Product hadn't shipped after about the first week and so emailed them to find out where it was otherwise i was cancelling the order. Turned up a couple of days later and given it is plastic was wrapped only in a grey mail bag and so was damaged when it arrived, since emailed about 4 times and heard nothing back...I shall be arrangin a chargeback but buyers beware!
