Buyer beware of connection dates

Be very careful around connection dates with this company. They will not reach out to your incumbent provider to let them know you are switching as other providers will. In my case, I was billed and because I still had my other internet provider live for the reminder of the month, they went live disrupting both connections and leaving me without internet. I had to cancel having paid for the full month with Simply to regain my internet connection.
