Agreed terms, they changed their mind and want more money
Originally requiring cover for a dance class AND band, was told this was fine. Then after agreeing terms, SB said this wasn't possible and I would need two policies, effectively doubling the cost.
Have no intention of using SB again.

This firm is Simply THE Business
I'm not as young as I once was and thus buying services online can be an anxious experience. The little voice in my head that insists on casting aspersions on my computer expertise starts to whisper ..."Do you know what you're doing? You'll only have yourself to blame when you mess it up. These things can get really complicated." Shush! Or words to that effect, I mutter under my breath and so I take the plunge. And do you know what? Simply Business is well named. Why? Because the piece of business I have just completed with them could not have been more simple. Whoever designed the application form is a genius. There was not a single moment when something didn't make sense. It was quite simply business (couldn't resist!) conducted in a logical, easy to follow way. So if you're, like me, a dyed in the wool technophobe, I urge you to deal with all your insurance needs right here. If only all online business was this simple to manage. Well done to everyone working with SB for making the business of insuring truly simple. (Oh yes, great price too.)

Which is why you can opt out any time during the year. You should have had an email from us three weeks before your renewal with the quote from your current insurer, and instructions on what to do if you don't want to proceed with it. After one year landlord insurance the premium jumped so they offered a 10% refund by way of cheque to renew which was never received despite them confirming it was never sent 3 times it still has not arrived.
Avoid they can not be trusted, policy cancelled.

The member of staff was patient and polite, he tried to explain the different types of insurance policies. However, it would be helpful to be sent the information on different products, so that you can read and understant before paying. Overall the service was excellent, price fair and staff very helpful.
