Merchandise never received. No response from customer service.
I ordered merchandise from this website more than four months ago which I never received. Never received any shipping notices or updates. I called and got an automated answering machine; left a message regarding my order. No response. I also emailed them FOUR times and never got a response. Ultimately had to contact my credit card company for a refund.
