Time back, saved thousands in processing, Better discipleship

As an Admin and Operations Pastor at Life Church, I’m grateful for how SimplyGiv is helping us strengthen both stewardship and ministry care. Their platform is saving us thousands in processing fees, which means more of our resources can go directly back into serving people and advancing ministry. Just as important, SimplyGiv has helped us improve the way we follow up with members by giving us cleaner data and reducing the duplicates and disconnected information we used to struggle with. Before, it was far too easy for people to fall through the cracks because our systems were not as connected as they needed to be. Now we have a much better way to track, communicate, and care for our church family with greater consistency and confidence. SimplyGiv has been a meaningful solution for helping us serve people more well while also being wise with our finances

I recently completed the onboarding…

I recently completed the onboarding process with SimplyGiv, including submitting all requested documents and signing agreements through DocuSign. I was initially informed that my account had been approved and would be set up by Friday.

After waiting a few days, I was later told there were some issues on my website that needed to be corrected. The items mentioned were minor (such as a contact form issue and a plugin). I was prepared to fix these immediately.

However, during my conversation with a support agent (Chris Pace), I was told there were “too many errors,” and the chat was closed before I had the opportunity to explain that the issues had already already been corrected. When I tried to reopen the chat to clarify and provide the fixes, it was closed again without any response.

What I found disappointing was the lack of communication and the inability to resolve the issues despite being willing to fix them right away. Since I had already completed the onboarding and documentation process, I expected a chance to address the concerns rather than having the conversation abruptly ended.

I would appreciate clarification from the company regarding the actual reason the account could not proceed and confirmation about the status of the information submitted during onboarding.
