Purchased didn’t receive but promptly refunded once reviewed

I’m updating my review as tico bros llc have refunded my purchase amount. This was after an order placed mid July never arrived and I began trying to track it down. I emailed their support (zen desk automatic replies) and received no actual reply until I Facebook messaged them the no contact situation. Here is my advice as a small business owner to another:

1. No matter how small purchase is incorporate a ‘tracking’ for your sold item. Even if it is paper!!!
2. Don’t use zen desk...not conducive to customer contact.
3. Offer same day shipping especially if your product is small.

I am angry

I am angry. I ordered three tattoos on July 18th, two lotus flower tattoos and a rose tattoo. It is now August 7th and I have not received them. I tried asking for help on Instagram and they sent me to their FAQ page and it was not helpful. I went here and I’m seeing everyone else having this problem. Please don’t buy from these people, I know you may read these bad reviews and think “oh that won’t happen to me”, but just avoid the risk and buy from somewhere more trustworthy and a place with good reviews. Also there are a lot of obviously fake 5 star reviews. I can provide pictures and evidence of my experience.

Easy to apply and l1st for a long time

I am in love with these tattoss they are litterally the best 😍 I've tried many and they last for a long time. What I like most about them is that they are realistic and the designs are awesome! They are easy to apply and look really beautiful. I'm surely gonna use them again!

Simply Inked is more than Simply Disappointing

My niece, Alysha, who is 14 wanted a tattoo from this site/business. They took the funds out of my account, and after waiting 2 weeks and nothing, I called several times and left emails to them. Now we're just shy of one month and still absolutely not one word from these people. The other day, she was so disappointed and angry that places like this take your money and don't give a crap about their customers, nor a child/teen's emotional well being. Very upset, and way past disappointed.

I wish I could leave 0 stars! I ordered these back in May, it’s now the end of July and I still haven’t received them. I have emailed customer service and Gage emails back everytime and says “The package should have arrived by now. I'll look into what went wrong. Could you please send me your shipping address so that I can confirm that we sent it to the correct address?” (Seriously I just copied and pasted that) everytime, I resend my address in hopes to receive them within the week, they never come. My best friend ordered some and got them within 2 days so at first I thought it was a genuine mistake but not anymore they’ve had PLENTY of time to help me. I just want my money back we’re all in a hard time and I need the money I honestly shouldn’t have ordered in the first place but that’s no right for them to keep someone’s money and not send the product. I had extremely high hopes with this now “Gage” won’t even reply and help me. All I get now from this company is discount emails as if I’m gonna order anything else when they can’t even send me my original order!!!! so here I am months later, warning you to be careful. I tried being nice and getting help but I guess I will file this as fraudulent now. Thanks for nothing simply inked I was so excited but you guys are a joke. You know, if the product was bad I wouldn’t even leave a bad review because now everything works out for everyone but this is ridiculous and as I scrolled through the reviews I noticed I’m not the only one with this issue. You guys better fix this.

I WISH there was a 0 stars option

I WISH there was a 0 stars option. I ordered a custom tattoo in February, it’s now the end of July and still no tattoo. I’ve contacted customer service a million times and they have claimed to re send it but it never comes. DO NOT BUY.—Edit: Trust Pilot has contacted me because simply inked claims I’m not an actual customer but I have proof of purchase and lots of emails of me trying to get a refund from simply— Simply inked is a Fraudulent company PLEASE do not purchase anything from them!!!! Spent almost 30$ on a tattoo I never got. Had the exact same problem as another person who reviewed on here where they claimed my address was faulty then kept saying they were re sending it but it’s been almost 7 months.- edit #2 simply inked has emailed me to take down my review and has once again reported it, also for those of you who do not know, if they’ve taken your money you can file a report with the better business bureau, that seems to get the thieves attention.

AVOID at all costs. Utter garbage

AVOID. The product is HOT GARBAGE. Low quality, smaller than advertised, no better than a children’s rub on. Also a size only big enough for children. So if you have a six-year-old in need of ink that lasts less than 24 hours, you’re set. Hope you don’t mind waking up the next day with a waste of money in your sheets.

Edit: Received an email from support blaming me for poor application. They never mentioned the advertising discrepancy, and there was zero accountability. You guys need to re-evaluate your product, business model, and customer service training. Or you could just blanket with fake reviews, and delete the one stars. I’ll put two now so you don’t call it a “violation of terms of service”

Edit edit: I asked that the customer service representative Dan address the issue of the poorly sized product vs what was advertised. Dan offered to refund my money IF I REMOVED THIS REVIEW. I asked that he do more, like seek better training for associates, review their instructions, and remove their fake five star reviews.

Edit edit edit: just got an email from TrustPilot. Simply Inked “doesn’t believe (I’ve) had a genuine buying experience.” So TrustPilot is asking for verification. I sent them the email thread with Dan, a pic of the original page, a pic of the fraudulent product, and pictures of the outside of the envelope WHICH I SAVED. TrustPilot, I’ve had a genuine experience. And it’s awful. Are you guys verifying the five-star reviews for real experiences as well? Or only when the company reports it?

Gift for Niece

I ordered a couple of tattoos for my Niece and she loved them! Even fooled her Mom who thought she had got a real tattoo. She liked them so much she ended up ordering a few more.

This company deserves 1000 minus stars

This company deserves 1000 minus stars. I ordered twice. One package never came and the other one that did looked worse than tattoos that we used to buy from the gumball machines back in the 90s. Customer services never responded to my claims either. They just took my money and left me hanging. They sell you a product that is not at all as described. I spent almost $40 on this scam. I have videos and pictures to support my claim of this product and it is getting posted.

Not good

They forgot about my order so after 3 months I emailed and they finally sent me my tats. They arrived and came off straight away (I followed the instructions too). They don’t look realistic and they last all of two seconds. Not worth it at all.

Wanted one thing received another

I ordered 2 items (paper plane and snake tattoo), instead I had received paper plane and a tattoo looked like a knife. I’d wrote them a letter telling that there was a discrepancy between my order and items I received.
They didn’t even answer...
