I found this mob on gumtree. Ordered and paid for fridge/freezer. Delivery cancelled as van had broken down!! Was then given another Delivery slot. One hour before due time,order was cancelled. Refund promised in 48 hrs. Never happened. They're just a bunch of low life thieves!!

A total waste of time and money , like previous review I wouldn’t give them any stars , I paid for a fridge freezer , spoke to someone on a mobile ( which has since been scrapped) failed to deliver with the van broken crap and then offer to deliver 2 days later only to be told they can fulfil my order and would refund me back within 48 hours , it’s been over a week and no refund , no working phone number and no answer to my emails , scammers scum , thankfully I paid by credit card and will contact my credit card company . Total fraud

Mannerly southern accent in initial call masks fraud! Order placed, delivery confirmed when they took the money within 48 hours. Company cancelled delivery claiming truck breakdown within an hour of the end of the slot, changed delivery then cancelled complete order stating refund in 48 hours. GUESS WHAT NO REFUND!!
They advertised on Gumtree under Home and Personal electronics ltd Company number 10201988, this showed up favourably on Companies house with a "please contact us for website link and order" and tel no 07488845565 in a bright blue text box! Order confirmation received from simplyitems.com - Link picks up the webhosting company IONOS.
Lesson learned, I will stick with John Lewis.

BEWARE!! No delivery, no contact from driver, no idea who is delivering and no idea where my fridge/freezer is. We have stayed in all afternoon awaiting delivery it is now 7.50pm. Would you please let me know what is going on??? Should have been delivered Sunday but van broken down. Due yesterday (Tuesday) no delivery and no contact now can’t find website!!! BEWARE

Ordered a fridge that showed in stock on website and still showing that now.
Email sent that delivery will be 10-09-2022 between 4pm and 7pm. Received an email on that day at 3.45pm that van broken down....if I still want the product then can deliver on 12-09-2022 between 4pm and 7pm. Again received an email on that date at 5.30pm stating they cannot fulfil my delivery and will issue refund within 48 hours...not received yet!!!
If I could give zero stars then I would. I ordered this fridge for a rental property. How can the company not know at the time of ordering whether they can fulfil the delivery or not. Seems a little dodgy to me as not only let me down but wasted my time, my tenant still has no fridge and now I have purchased elsewhere. All I can say is buyer beware.
Wasted 2 afternoons sitting around the flat waiting for delivery only to be sent an email last minute. I had no other means of contacting them, no phone numbers on the website etc.
