Dan Wells and Jackie O'Riordan provided excellent service throughout. They were very helpful in answering my many, many questions and talking me through the process. I would highly recommend using their services.

Couldn’t thank Shelagh enough for all of her help finding us out first Mortgage. We had a few tricky issues to deal with, bad credit and self employed. But Shelagh managed to find us a suitable mortgage.

Simply are great at sourcing mortgages and so easy to get hold of. Lewis and Farrah communicate every step of the way and really do a great job. Would recommended simply to every one well worth the fee making the application as stress free as it can be. From first starting with a different company and what completely blanked us and it went on for months, we got referred to aisha Pell and with in the First week or 2 she found us a lender with our poor credit and then the case got handed to farrah mills and the mortgage got approved within 2 days .. so a very fast process indeed and we thank you a lot for that 😊

Who would of thought at 55 im just getting a mortage and couldn't use high street bank due to an ex relationship I reached out to simply got approved easy the process has been so easy from start to nearly the end I have my flat STC just waiting for solicitors to finish there bit and also go with the solicitors simply recommend as they have also been so helpfull simply are the best Thankyou

I cannot recommend Aisha Pell and Kerry Bates enough. They managed to secure a mortgage offer for my very, very tricky case! I'm extremely pleased with their constant professionalism, how communicative they are, and their customer service is the best I've experienced - and trust me, I worked with nearly a dozen lenders trying to get an offer for my difficult, near impossible situation. I can’t recommend Simply Lending highly enough. They got me a mortgage offer quickly and made the whole process stress-free from start to finish.

I first dealt with Lewis, who was absolutely amazing. He explained everything clearly, answered every question without making me feel rushed, and gave me confidence right away that I was in good hands.

My case was then handed over to Farrah, and she was outstanding. She was proactive, kept me updated at every stage, chased everything that needed chasing, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Her communication was spot on and she genuinely went above and beyond to get things sorted.

Jamie Percy and Karen Davey are amazing, understanding, patient and work hard to get you the right product. We have used various brokers in the past and Simply Lending is 100% the best, don’t waste your time with the Tiktok dancing brokers promising everything and delivering nothing. Yes Simply are more expensive than some brokers, but you pay for what you get with Simply Lending and that’s a first class service with the results you expect!

I honestly couldn’t recommend Simply Lending more highly, especially Kerry and Jack. From the very beginning, Jack was upfront and straight talking, giving us clear, honest advice on how to improve our chances. Kerry then went above and beyond, working incredibly hard to secure our mortgage.
