Bad information for customer communication

The email address that i responded to was invalid. I was unable to add to my order. The email address Carol gave me was incorrect. I ordered on 22 November. My order was not shipped until 26 November and was not received until 1 December that's 10 days before I received my order. I am very disappointed:(
