would prefer cheaper postage, as prices are already quite inflated. also the website could do with a redesign. But, overall - I was able to get a good variety of products quickly - thanks!

Like the boots, not the website. It was not possible to order on-line using either Safari or Firefox. If this is a Microsoft issue, why do they not want Mac OS users? And it was hard to actually get someone via telephone.
All that said, the boots are great and once I managed to get someone via telephone, everything went very smoothly.

Grateful that this company provides me with quality Australian products
especially Jatz biscuits.and they answer my email questions in a timely manner. They also follow my instructions to the letter.
However the shipping charges are a little high

Products were genuine and came with 2 day shipping! The shipping cost was cheaper and shipped quicker than if I had bought from an Australian distributor. All in all very satisfied.

Excellent service. I received my items very quickly and all were wrapped carefully so as to avoid damages. I highly recommend this sight for people who love Aussie food but can’t afford postage from Australia. I only wish they carried more items and had less “out of stock” items.

These guys are just awesome. Propmt shipping, stock available most of the time, but if its outta stock they send notifications on when the new stock has arrived.

I am having some serious cravings for Aussie bickies. They have what I want and I have never been disappointed with the delivery of my goods. In fact, the quality of my enjoyment of life has improved with my daily bickies.

My order was carefully packed so nothing arrived broken. Person that packed my box added a handwritten note. Love this!

I love the products and the receiving these promptly.
The only thing that hold me back on ordering more often is the cost of shipping, if there is a way for Simply Australian to get a better deal with their shipper, I believe they would get a lot more business.
