Invites were almost 2 weeks later than…

Invites were almost 2 weeks later than the guaranteed delivery date that I paid almost $50 for. Recorded invites the day before the event. Please return my money

We do note that the given window for delivery was between May 13th - May 14th, so it does look like there was only a slight delay in transit. Nice quality cards

Easy process ordering, quality card stock and the pictures look good. The cards arrived within a couple days, much faster than I expected.

Looks exactly like the proof

Ordering was easy. There were lots of great templates to use, so all I had to do was upload a photo and put in my son’s name and school. The poster came within 3-4 business days and is beautiful. The material is thick and it all looks exactly like the proof. Thank you!

We LOVE the graduation announcements…

We LOVE the graduation announcements and Thank You cards that we ordered! It was so easy to design what we wanted, the items shipped so quickly and we are blown away by the quality!! I value nice paper items to really showcase special occasions and I think I’ve found my new source for every event in my future!!

We ordered 4 Banners

We ordered 4 Banners. 2 & 2 for back to back signs at our business. They look amazing!! I knew they would, as my mother has used simplytoimpress for myself and my siblings graduation banners, and our invites, too. The quality is magnificent on our banners, and we've already received compliments!!

Returning customer

The first batch of my grad announcements were extremely flawed and had visible scratches and ink splattered on them. More than half of them were unusable. After reporting the problem, new cards were able to be shipped. My frustration comes with the fact that these announcements were for a graduation which means they were late to send out due to the error. I have been a customer 3 times with simply to impress prior to this purchase. I really expected some sort of refund or partial refund on the cards and even requested this but never heard back. Just disappointed that there was a lack of accountability for the manufacturer error.

Misleading Views

When viewing your projects, be careful to not be misled by Simply to Impress. I recently created announcements and checked both the front view and back view of my cards. My cards did not arrive the way I had “viewed” the back of the card before check out. Instead of a striped design that was displayed on the site it was all white. Even while speaking to customer service and walking her through the order, she said “I can see how this can be confusing”. Do not be misled.
