Lovely Service

I created my son's graduation announcements with ease, then moved on to family photo cards also. They looked great, LOVED the raised gold lettering we chose, you have the ability to move text boxes around, change font, etc. as you please. The card texture is unique, and I love unique. The fact that they arrive in a cute box was a nice bonus for me, because it took a while to send them all out,LOL.

The cards were nice

The cards were nice. They came in a very well designed box and beautifully packed. I’m very impressed with the quality of cards as this is my first time using this company.

Your shipping is very misleading

Your shipping is very misleading, I paid extra for 2 day shipping and didn't receive it until almost a week later. Your customer service is all AI generated with zero help. I will never order from your company again

Update after the company’s response.
That is an ABSOLUTE lie! Your so called “live agent” by the way was on a chat did absolutely nothing go expedite the order. That was definitely not a live person. Later after I called the 800 number and did speak to a live person she only read off a screen and kept repeating herself. Her too, did nothing to expedite my order. It arrived at the same time as it did when I originally called on it.
This company’s response is not true.

We do provide an estimated delivery window for each order before checking out, but are again sorry if there was any trouble with this. It does look like our support agent did upgrade the shipping to overnight, free of charge, which resulted in an earlier delivery that was marked as successful. I would give ten stars if I could

I am so impressed - timely and continuous communication about the order status, beautiful presentation/delivery, thoughtful extras like a thank you note and extra cards "just in case" we need one, and the quality of the paper stock - loved all of it. I am definitely recommending Simply to Impress to all my friends and coming back for other needs. Thank you!

My order showed up with a grainy/dull…

My order showed up with a grainy/dull print. I used the chatbot to relay the problem and asked for rush production and shipping on new replacements. I do not believe the rush on production was quick enough and they did not rush shipping which will have us sending graduation announcements that arrive after graduation for some friends and family. disappointing

-The chatbot did not initially expedite your replacement, as this requires a human agent to ensure and check over the order. We are always happy to accommodate these requests, but it was not relayed to us by your previous chat
-We did require additional time to check in with you regarding the paper type selected, as much of the issue was due to the finish of the cardstock chosen.

I placed my order on a Sunday and paid…

I placed my order on a Sunday and paid for express shipping to expedite the order (1-2 days). I did not receive my order until the following Wednesday night (1.5 weeks later). I did receive a refund for the express shipping and was told it would arrive Saturday morning (3 days after I should of had my order) and nothing. I called on the following Tuesday and they only gave another 10% refund off the order and told to keep waiting. My order was graduation invitations and now I only have 1 week to get them out to friends and family before my son's party. If they would have refunded the full amount, I would have been more pleased because what should have been a two day order turned into a two week order.

Quality was not what I expected based on the pay. Needless to say, I will not be using this company for future events to create anything.
