Great product at a good price, supplied promptly by Jamie and the rest of the staff.

Great quality, fast delivery
Great quality underlay for our engineered flooring. Excellent next day delivery. Note that the rolls are very heavy, but once you’ve got them where you need to use them, they are easy to cut and fit.

Almost first class, easy ordering, keep well up to date and even arrived 2 days early. Would have been 5 stars but the delivery driver dumped the rolls of underlay at the front door in the rain and left. Didn’t even knock on the door…..

Disappointed that delivery was not Royal Mail but Evri
So disappointed that the delivery service was not Royal Mail 48 tracked, as per order placed before 2pm. They actually used Evri - which is a nightmare for us.
Once I contacted the company = Simply Underlay, about the delivery they offered to cancel the order. Which is no resolution as customers need their goods.
The product received was in order.

Speed of service
I have always used Cloud nine underlay.
I used Simply Underlay to order two rolls of Cloud Nine Cumulus underlay and the next day the rolls arrived. What an excellent service. I would use this firm again and I highly recommend them.
