Hallo Jip, vervelend dat je pakket niet op tijd bezorgd is.
Ook jammer dat je niet eerst contact met ons hebt opgenomen dan hadden we het voor je kunnen uitzoeken/toelichten.
In deze tijd van het jaar is het helaas geen uitzondering dat een pakket vertraging heeft in het bezorgproces. Wij doen ons best om een bestelling binnen 24 uur de deur uit te krijgen maar daarna hebben wij geen invloed op hoe lang het pakket onderweg is.
Maar we hebben het vandaag toch even voor je opgezocht en als het goed is is je pakket bezorgd op 23 december om 14:04 uur. Als dat niet zo is dan horen wij dat graag.
Zowel, dan veel plezier met je bestelling en (namens PostNL) onze excuses voor de vertraging.
