I am convinced that all the people who give this site a good review are being paid to do so because they never deliver services it..I placed an order and paid since 1st May its been on processing I would advise people to stay away from them

I naively ordered an iCloud unlock from this company a few days ago. According to their website it should only take up to 24 hours. That was several days ago and all it says on my account is "Order #12554 processing" - no updates, no information, absolutely no details whatsoever. It took a while to find the contact form on their site so I sent them a message. So far I've yet to receive a response.

What a RIP-OFF! I wish I'd seen the reviews before ordering from this company! My advice is to STAY THE HELL AWAY!!

Another thing that pisses me off is that they advertise as accepting PayPal, which I wanted to use because of their buyer protection. When you go to pay however, they only option you see is Visa/Mastercard - no PayPal. This is a clear bait and switch scam to lure in potential customers. In my case I'm out $32.50 - BUYER BEWARE!!

I have tried multiple times to contact their support through their website about my order 9685 they have yet to respond I have made contact with them over 10 times have now sent over five emails and still no contact who do we contact to report this or a higher support person to get our money back or let somebody know that they're a scam please let me know

This is a joke, it's a scam.
Since february 11th the order status has been blocked on processing, when they say it takes 2 to 5 working days to unlock the device, but that's not true.
I sent two emails for a refund, but no response.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM SITE!!!

I read the comments and saw that they are still responding to some of their customers. and I was thinking that they are not scammers. but I also made an order. 3 months ago and I have not received any results during this time I have written to them 4 times but without any response. don't waste your time and money. crooks

Paid the iCloud removal service on 1/12/24, more than 14 days past, it is still pending without a resolution. Numerous contacts to the vendor without any response. This is a fraudulent vendor, stay away from it. You need to refund the money if you cannot do the work.

Order #10818 was placed on January 12, 2024 and is currently iCloud Removal - In Process.

my order (11039) was placed on the 15th January,2024 and the order status is still PAYMENT PENDING as at today (19-01-2024). I tried to find out from them by email and no reply from simunlockpro

Iphone 13 pro max FMI lock
Hello.My problem is that i came to this site to unlock iphone 13 pro max, but It's been more than 1 month that I am waiting for an answer or even an email from them. Please help because they don't answer email and the stat of the job its in waiting to process more than 1 month like i say.. If you can't do it please tell me and please send an email or send me my refund... as you can see my ticket is from December 4th, "Just to let you know — we've received your order #9176, and it is now being processed"
Mail I receive 4th December 2023.
So from these date to now its the same state.
