Not only did the order come in a timely manner but i absolutely love my fidget ring! While I did have to Google to accurately size my finger, the ring fits so well and isn’t too loose or too tight.

I ordered the clover bracelet (pearl). The quality of the jewelry was amazing and it was very comfortable to wear. I was very satisfied with the experience over all. My item was shipped and delivered in less than a week and the packaging was beautifully done. The customer service is amazing as well, they are quick to respond and very understanding.

Everything was good until...I got my order LATE (I paid additional $20 for rushed shipping) and the items were of low quality. I bought 2 rings and 2 earrings, and they look cheap packed in a pouch. I wanted to do a return or at least an exchange since they sent them late but they NEVER replied to my five emails and social media messages I've sent them. The worse part is they read them. Horrible customer service.

Its been a month still havent recieved my package. The tracking was last updated 21st march. I have sent them multiple mails and messages. The most recent being wednesday and they dont answer, if they do they are not helpful. Havent got my package and no refund as asked for. Just nothing.
All the good trust pilot reviews made me think it was legit but its not. They are very friendly and reach out to make you buy and once that has happened, no peep.

I’m being serious Guys do not buy! DO NOT!! they advertised a sincere sally box and yeah I caved in and bought it, it’s been 2 months still haven’t received it and they ignore all my emails and, have now emailed me asking for my next payment because there was struggles? (I have no money rn) they won’t let me cancel and are scamming!! I promise do not do it
