Overall I satisfied with the services of Sinclair Hammelton as a tenant. Especially it was great to working with James Gray, the agent who works in Bromly. Although he is young specialist (I specially asked him about experience) he makes his job at very high standard. He does everething he can to answer for tenants' questions even if questions are not within his direct responsibility. The letting agency itself had insufficient amount of information about the property, e.g. they did not know where meters are located and where to throw away litter. James quickly resolved these issues, so he is very supportive. For the agency rating is 4 with area for development - please, gather more information about the property you are letting.

The team were really helpful and understood our needs - we were quickly and easily able to find the right rental and the process for checks was also efficient and easy. They accommodated our request for an early key collection (necessitated by our moving company) without hassle. A really good friendly service.

I moved into a property and next day realised that I had thrown away the gas and electricity card without knowing what it was. Everything stopped working in the house and was so nervous. Charlene took it as a top priority and immediately came home, called BT for me, set up my new account and she even drove me to multiple stores for getting the prepaid cards. Katie was very understanding and supported Charlene when she was helping me out. They are absolute star and take all the trouble for getting things sorted. Good luck Charlene and Katie.

I am currently moving out of one of their properties and the process has been smooth and organised. The agents Charlene and Katie coming round to the house and conducting the vieiwngs done it in a very organised and respectful way. Its been a pleasure renting from this agency as they have a very easy online portal system in place to report any issues and getting through to head office to discuss any matters is always actioned promptly.
