I was during one of their surveys and they cut me off after 20 minutes.

I spent 30 minutes completing your survey, only for it to fail at the end with an error message: "It seems you have already entered this survey. ERROR: SE-04 Variable 'RespID'." This is nothing short of a scam, wasting users' time with a broken system that seems intentionally designed to cheat participants. This reflects poorly on your company and its practices.

I received an email allegedly from Volkswagen via a company called Human8 who's TLD (top level domain) is .io, the British Indian Ocean Territory! OK it's a popular domain with start-ups, crypto traders and similar, but VW?? really? But the embedded link is to Decipherinc.com and offers a draw for an unspecified gift card to those who take part.
The whole thing looks as dodgy as h@##. I'm not going to touch it with a barge pole, but I have forwarded it to VW themselves for comment.

Do not participate in any of their surveys. After 20 minutes of your hard work, they will decline in the end saying they had enough respondents.

So my son completed a survey about music. It took him 30 minutes to do so. Yet at last the survey asked for YOB. When he entered mine the survey closed and he was diqualified. What a god damnit joke that is.

Bite me, never again will we do any survey for this fraudulent company. Hope your stock prizes crash and your company will disappear for good! 30 minutes, not 5. Screw you decipherinc!

Surveys are frequently broken, glitchy or poorly worded. Even when they work properly they often pay far less than is appropriate for the time spent. Lastly, the surveys very often let you waste vast amounts of time before disqualifying you.

To improve this company you must develop MORALS.
There is no trust in this company. No respect for the clients, nor the panel teams.
A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!

Awful. Unethical. Their surveys ask a LOT (far too many) of questions before they decide to ‘screen’ you out. It’s unfair to waste their respondents’ time like that.

I finished an entire 20 minute survey up until the last question which was an Are you conservative or liberal question. When I hit submit it said your survey has been reset. This isn't the first time it just happens to "reset at the very end of the survey to avoid paying out. I would give 0 stars if possible.

I took a survey for a $10 promo code April 4, 2024 for Carl's Jr, and the code they gave me isn't valid. I took this long survey for absolutely nothing, so beware! What a joke, don't even waste your time. I would give them a zero if I could.

Completely a SCAM, they never give you the promised points or the money for completing the survey. Once you about to complete the survey a message will pop up and say "invalid server” and your whole effort and time will be wasted by this cheaters. Please don’t ever do their surveys. They are data collectors without paying a penny.

Take the survey if you don't care, but they don't deliver on their promise of gift cards or any other comp.

They reach out with an offer to comp for the time to take the survey then don't deliver. Survey took about 20-30 min. I reached back out to let them know I never received as promised and they ghosted.

Worst survey provider for analyzing movie and image trailers. Far too strict with the whole "Do not share outside of the survey," policy. Not a problem, but:

>Be Decipher Inc.
>Will disqualify you for even leaving full screen mode, pausing the video, and/or clicking anywhere outside the media
>Asks for permission to see what's been copied onto the clipboard (Copy & Paste feature, sees text and pictures)
>Prompts DURING the media is being played/shown
>Their media player doesn't even work: "Error loading Video"
>Automatic re-direct
>DISQUALIFIED

Seems like an excuse for bad website design and the company biting off more than it can chew. They already put I.D. overlay on each media to protect it, so what's the need for unnecessary & faulty A.I. detection software?

That, and it's pretty hit & miss on whether or not I can even finish the survey. Sometimes they credit me, other times they just disqualify me after reaching the completed/thank you page.

FAMOUS for that LONG, LONG, LONG, REPETITIVE healthcare survey for which they are only data harvesting and you will NOT get any compensation. Steer away from these rip off artists.

Just my weekly reminder that Decipherinc.com are crooks. Like a fool, I took another one of their surveys, this one beginning with "soc", whatever that indicates. 10 minutes into, "you do not qualify for this survey"1 FU! These people are the worst. They should be investigated,

People responding saying they received their gift card are definitely paid to do so, or are employees.
This is also not the real e-mail address for the legit company. The survey takes wayyy longer than the quoted 15 mins. Mine for example took over 45 mins. Waited days and the giftcard never came.
This has got to be a scam to receive free information/data. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR RISK YOUR DATA!
