Orders & Administration refuses to help me get my very expensive sewing machine repaired!! claiming to return to shop i bought it from. Why do we register our machine if no help is provided for repair.

I have had a Singer Steam Works Pro for several years now, I’ve been happy and very pleased with it and use it daily - I like to look smart and have no creases on my clothes when I go out anywhere - that is why I 100% recommend it. Unfortunately a few days ago I dropped the steam head against the central heating radiator and cracked it, I phoned Singer In Bellarup this afternoon and a very helpful lady, called Dorte, answered and after telling her what part I needed she very quickly told me that even though they don’t normally carry it in stock, fortunately for me though they have one and promised to promptly send it to my address in Aarhus! As a 75 year old pensioner I can only praise Dorte for her extraordinary kind and helpful attitude. I would like to repeat that I commend Singer’s customer service and praise Steam Works Pro garment steamer.
