I ordered, what I thought was a genuine product, only to find that it was a generic one and could have been purchased on another website at a much cheaper price. I could have returned it, at my cost which would have meant that the product was really expensive. Decided that I would mark it up to experience and never use this company again. You have been warned and for you to decide if you use them
Paid online on Friday late afternoon plus an extra cost for express delivery, of 14.99 plus money taken then and there for total cost. Waited till Monday to call to find out delivery time and d delivery company. Told FedEx. Tuesday morning 3 calls. Told DPD but following tracking, saw DPD van sail past us by the house a few minutes after time. No delivery that day but they conveniently close the company lines at 4.00pm!!
So, no delivery Tuesday despite seeing a DPD van sailing past the house about ten minutes after first time parameter.
