Excellent customer service!! My auto populate address missed out my flat number so my jams never made it to me, however single variety (katrina) updated my address and re delivered my jams super quickly and at no extra cost, even though it was me being an idiot!!! Thank you so much!! Also the jam is delicious, I might have to start hiding it from the family 🤣

The jam from Simply Jam is absolutely delicious - especially the Alfonso Mango and the rhubarb - just poured over greek yoghurt - such a treat

Love these jams, but could you do a sugar free jam and marmalade as I am diabetic my sister and a few friends would be very grateful thank you.

The Single Variety products are delicious. Newly come to trying them. Not disappointed. I love the Harbinger Rhubarb, next year I'll be buying more jars; it's fabulous with greek yogurt.
The Alphonse Mango is wonderful and come May I'll be ordering more to have enough for the year - sunshine in a jar for the winter. Really recommend these products, the care taken in producing them, sustainable and delicious and the speedy no fuss delivery. Gets my vote.

I truly am a jam freak!

I first ordered because I saw that they sold Rhubarb Preserve and my daughter in law loves rhubarb.. I added my favorites too (raspberry and strawberry) .. these jams are beyond tasty! I have just ordered more!

Superb jam, no gimmicks, just great ingredients made into a great product that doesn't need alcohol or chillies to jazz it up.

Delivery was fast and communication good.

This will be the third order that I have had from single Variety and all the jams that I have had so far have been really delicious. I have always made my own jam but someone bought me their Bursa Fig and I was so bowled over by it I have now tried most of the others. Their customer service is amazing too. I had a small issue with one of the marmalades and they dealt with it immediately. They are really worth the money for something different from mass-produced jams and marmalades. So glad I discovered them.

I bought a variety of marmalades from Singlevariety in one go. I have tried the grapefruit one which I really did not like. I am now on the seville orange one which I find very solid as was the grapefruit one and difficult to spread on my toast. It tastes OK though. I am a marmalade nerd.

The best. Highly, highly recommend. Will definitely be back for more.
