SingX is a great platform to save fees vs banks for money transfers overseas. Supportive customer service team and good offers through the year.

Very bad experience and please donot share your confidential payslip with them as they ask for when you have already transfer the money to their account, they will say it is for compliance purpose and they based in Singapore. when I said I am self employed then hey are asking me company extract from ASIC website and they did not wait for few hours to provide me a time to extract this document. They just cancelled my transaction. Please donot trust them.

I had a very positive experience with SingX when I was trying to send money to my family in India. Their rates were nominal and transparent. I will recommend SingX to my family and friends. Keep up the good work. Cheers :)

Dont use this service. It's unreliable and when you ask customer service about the money being transferred they will just tell you that it's in process and will be done at the end of the day. it's been 4 days now and still no money received.
You'll just get a headache. Use Wise instead.

After supplying all my personal information, which was cumbersome and a little unsettling as it's sensitive data, and after waiting 4 weeks, my account is STILL under review. I get the odd email saying the technical team is looking at it, but nothing has been fixed and I cannot send money yet. Nor do I want to at this stage as I have 0% trust in this company now. I have demanded that they delete all my data from their systems at this point as I will not be using them.

After a slow and cumbersome registration process that can take a few or more days, their fees for small or modest transfers are acceptable and in top three competitive. I can't comment on speed of transfer because US banks may be to blame. Smooth sailing after you have done a few.

But if they ask you for a selfie holding your passport in addition to 100 points, ensure you add 'Copyright Your Name 2023 on your image. That way if they broker/sell your privacy and photos, you may sue if they surface elsewhere. Always do this for anybody - if you are asked for ID.

I've easily and successfully used 5 remittance platforms to send modest amounts of money to my friend in Philippines when frequent covid lockdowns caused financial hardship. SingX was the only company which refused to register me. I got the distinct impression from their registration inquiries that they were only interested in registering rich people who send large remittances rather than providing a service to all.

Not worth the effort. Attempted to use and send money to my girlfriend and kept on being delayed due to more and more questions. I understand it's required to establish the relationship between parties for AML purposes but I shouldn't be delayed 3 days while you just wait a day after my response to ask me more questions.
I answer your questions online, a day later you then email me for more. I answer those, another day later you then ask for more questions. If I had known from the start how much stuffing around it would be to transfer through Singx I would never have commenced this to begin with.
Ended up using Wise and the money arrived in about a day

Good rates and excellent customer service with their live chat

Live rates. Fast transfer within 2 hours on an average, whenever i have transferred.
Only problem is that their rates do not refresh till about 12 noon in SG. NO idea whats the deal there but overall great service and they keep you updated on transfer status.
