I was excited to get parts for my new truck . I placed 2 orders at different times only to be notified they were both on back order . The thing I don’t like was that they took my money knowing they didn’t have the product ,I left an email and they did call me back . She said next time call sales because the website doesn’t have a counter. I did find what I wanted through Amazon but it ended up costing me more money !

I purchased the SINISTER 7.3 Intake Elbow W/ Boots Kit. The only thing that I didn't like but I knew about before I ordered. Was that the kit doesn't come with the boots pictured. It comes with the upper & lower intercooler pipe boots. Not the plenum to intake boots & upper intercooler pipe boots that are pictured when purchasing. Othewise it was packed very well came with three stickers & instructions black and white however also you can find the color instructions online. Very easy to install and looks sharp was very pleased with my sinister experience

So was given multiple tracking numbers…
So was given multiple tracking numbers for one item that was confusing. Exhaust tip arrived fast but box was smashed and the tip dented. I had to roll the edges of the exhaust tip with channel locks to get it round again, so it would slide on my exhaust.

Unfortunately, the oil filter would not fit in the space for this system but….Timely and helpful customer support saved the day. I had to purchase another, smaller, filter and then the system worked..

I bought the cold air intake and the intake horn for my 24 valve Cummins and not only did it make it run better but also cleaned up my engine bay and made it look very nice.

I paid for 2 day delivery, and it took about 2 weeks,and I emailed you to cancel cause you sent me that it was on back order, so I said cancel and refund my money, and a day later you sent a message that it was going out for delivery, you never answered me and I haven't seen or heard from you refunding my 2 day delivery charge.

This is not the usual experience for our customers, as we pride ourselves in top notch customer service and communication. I checked in with customer service. Our CS rep called and you acknowledged that you had received our email that the item you purchased was on backorder at the time you ordered it. I understand that you did not feel that was sufficient. Unfortunately we have items that are occasionally on back order and we work hard to get them out to you as soon as possible. You chatted our team to cancel after the item had shipped. At that moment our hands were tied as we cannot stop a shipment that has left our facility. Expedited shipping time frame begins after the lead time to process the order. After speaking with you, our CS rep let you know that when we receive the item back from you, there will be a full refund, including your expedited shipping fee. As we understand it, you said you will be out of town and will not be returning it for a week or two. Be assured when we receive your item back, we will issue your refund.

Update: Per our records, this was ordered on 4/2 and shipped out on 4/9. Typically these larger kits take that long to build. We do send an email with your ship date, and it may have gone to your junk mail.
