No Good Shipping Options
The only complaint I have about Sinloli is that they didn't provide options and times for shipping.
The item came from China (Hong Kong) and took only about one week in transit to U.S. But on arrival in California, it was picked up by DHL ECOMMERCE. It took EIGHT DAYS to reach Vermont, and then had to be transferred to the USPS for delivery to my box. DHL is the last shipper I would ever choose. It would have gotten to me sooner via USPS all the way.

"Amazing customer support, you won't get much assistance from Amazon but Hismith responded very fast. I had trouble with the first machine but they were happy to replace it.
It's surprisingly quiet, not too much noise and very smooth."

Sinloli is legit. Perfect!
I was really worried I was going to get ripped off, but Sinloli is legit.My doll arrived in perfect condition, and they even threw in extra goodies like wigs and eyes. I sent a lot of emails to customer support, and they are so great at answering all my questions. Definitely if you want a doll then this is the place to get it. Be warned I got this girl and she is pretty heavy! Oh spent the extra money to get the standing feature! I didn’t know, so I just got regular feet. I plan on having my girl in shoes all the time. My doll wears size 4-5 shoes. Everything is perfect with this doll. However, there is a TPE smell. I’m sure if I air out my doll the smell would eventually go away.
