Unfortunately I bought a bag. The bag never arrived. I never got a refund for the money paid…
The courrier said they sent it back to Siopie but Siopie said they never receive the bags back. Finally I am the only one that lost.
Too bad, I really wanted that bag.

Been emailing since september because i received a bag totally different from the picture, the worst quality, paper bag. O want to return it and receive the correct bag or just my MONEY BACK. I payed a lot for it and still get no answer from them. I have been emailing 3 times. SCAMMERS

I ordered a bag over 7 months ago and it never came. I have contacted the company multiple times and they are not willing to send it again or give me a refund. Unbelivable!!!

They did not answer my emails or calls, the order number was only visible for 5 minutes, I put in my phone number but never got an tracking number or order confirmation

Perfect material, the colour is exactly like the pictures and it's very roomy.

Very satisfying product. But there is still some small mistakes. Nothing to worry about but a little annoying sometimes. I love the bag!! Used it the moment I received it.

I wanted to return the product I ordered. I wrote to the e-mail adress 3 times they gave to me (i write also the reason). There is a 30-day return period but I did not receive an answer for 30 days. So how do you expect me to return it? It's completely fraudulent, you say you need a code from us for the return and you do not answer my e-mail?

Ordered in December and the parcel was marked as having arrived, but I never got it. The customer service email seems like someone's personal gmail - regardless, I emailed it with my order number and there was no response. Don't buy :(

I’ve ordered a bag two months ago and it never arrived. I received a mail asking for a review. What review if I didn’t receive the bag.
They have a mail on the website where they say “if you didn’t receive it, contact us”. I wrote and the email came back! So there is no way to get in touch….
If I ever receive my bag, I will take back my review but for the moment I’n really disappointed.
