These guys are genuine scammers. Do not order a thing from them because you won’t see it materialise in the light of day. I’m disgusted that a company like this is even allowed to operated in this day and age.
Scam. Avoid at all costs. Ordered through Deliveroo, they accepted order and then ignored. No contact number.
Absolutely terrible service! I ordered from deliveroo, they said they will deliver in 15mins. I ended up waiting 2 hours. No shame
I ordered through them using Deliveroo. An item was out of stock so they said they would cancel the order. This didnt happen, the order was marked as completed on Deliveroo. I have been on hold for 40 minutes trying to get a refund.
The assigned driver refused to come up to deliver my order, stating that he could not find parking. While this was already inconvenient, the situation became far more concerning when the driver contacted me directly through WhatsApp. I have never opted in to be contacted through WhatsApp, nor have I given permission for my personal data to be used in this way.
This is a clear breach of data privacy and has left me feeling extremely uncomfortable.
Horrible company! Baker Street SipUp Scammed me off £28 illegally knowing I didn’t receive the goods! They are scammers stay away! Never turn up Never pickup phone and don’t refund knowing 100% that I didn’t receive their goods! This is illegal under Consumer Right Act 2015! If I could rate a negative number, I would. My roommate ordered a thermometer that was never delivered. When she called to check on her delivery, she was told that it was delivered at 6:58pm. The item was NEVER delivered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR DELIVEROO FOR DELIVERIES. They will lie and say items are delivered when they are not. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
