Like the idea of the product and am looking forward to giving it as a gift. The order and checkout process was a bit cumbersome, and chat wasn't able to help me out. I eventually figured out that the problem was when I clicked Pay with Shop. That seemed to stop the process rather than connect me with Shop. I went back and unclicked that and just paid normally with my Visa card and everything was smooth from there on. Order was completed satisfactorily. I didn't care for the "buy a second bottle for less" offers--seemed a little pushy.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I placed my order on 9/11/26. It did not say anywhere that the products I was buying were on backorder. They say they cannot cancel an order once a packing label has been created. The label was created immediately after I placed my order. It has now been 15 business days (their site says orders ship between 3-10 business days) and order has still not been shipped. They refuse to refund my order. Will now be disputing the charge with my cc. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!
