Misleading advertising
Misleading advertising, misleading 100 day trial, horrible return policy. Staff is nice enough but they're unhelpful. Everything sticks to this pan even after following their instructions. The card that comes with the pan says enjoy non stick cooking. The pan will burn a residue to the bottom with every single use which will take a ton of work scrubbing it off and not actually be completely clean again. Do not buy.
Update:
Staff reached out after this review offering a full refund, I had already taken it up with the credit card company and Siraat offered to cooperate with them. At least I got my money back.

Patience needed when using this beautiful pan.
Pan arrived after about a week - not bad considering comes from China. Please follow the instructions on how to use, a much lower heat than other pans I use a little olive oil. The trick is be patient when using, cooks nice and slowly - no sticking. If you use high heat to cook quickly it will stick. Very easy to clean if used correctly. I have also purchased drinking flask - love it, great for hikes, wide mouth, good cap. This item arrived very quickly. Have now ordered a utensil set. Been in touch with customer service to find out where it is - it’s only been a week. They replied almost immediately explaining it had now cleared customs and should be with me soon - use tracking.

Very good customer service
The titanium pan I purchased worked well for about 3 months after which it started to stick significantly. I contacted customer service who requested photos which i complied with. They responded by stating that although i was out of the 100 day warranty period they would replace it free of charge.

I am a new fan!
I ordered two pans, received them quickly, well packaged. I have used one pan almost daily since it arrived. It is awesome!
The other pan is a surprise gift for my sister. (Don’t tell her!)
When I had a question about a different pan, I got a reply back in minutes that satisfied my curiosity.
I’d say the customer service is top notch. And the product… exceptional.

Do not buy these pans
Do not buy these pans! I thought I would try this alternative Hexclad. MISTAKE! Everything sticks to this pan! Tried to cook some fish and by the time I was done I put a mangled mush on my plate.
I immediately ordered my hexclad replacements and am happy again.
There is nothing mon stick about these pans!

Great PFAS-free alternative to traditional non-stick
I was looking specifically for PFAS free cookware to replace non-stick pans. Siraats pans had surfaced as a good candidate and the website was convincing. The pan arrived a few days ago and was immediately pressed into service and performed exactly as the website videos suggested and better than my current non-stick. Highly delighted and will now be exploring the rest of the range. But be patient, delivery is not next day. Expect to wait a little while. Mine took around 14 days to turn up. Well packed and in perfect condition. I had contacted Siraat support because of the wait and received prompt attention and reassurance it was on its way.

We get a lot of fond everytime we cook…
We get a lot of fond everytime we cook in this skillet, it does come off but if you are doing multiple batches, it becomes a bit more caked on the bottom than
I like. It has only been a week. I love the way it looks, it behaves a lot like a lighter stainless steel pan. It has been released for commercial kitchen use, and we will see how much it gets used. That's the true measure.

This company understands customer service. I sent an enquiry on a weekend and received a reply within a few hours and not from a bot. The customer service officer was quick to take action and I my refund was confirmed within a couple of days. One wok, came out of the dishwasher fully covered with glowing/reimbow irridence means did not keep the standard bosh dishwasher temp on it and its adv to keep way higher temp.
The other 2 pans have been uswd with follow istructions and both majour faults, sticky food on it and no even cook.
The service delivery majour fault, the items majour fault, the custumer service kept waste thier own time asking for more pics when dettailed ones where already sent and full desciption at day of consignment.
EVERYONE REPORT TO ACCC FOR THIER INVESTIGATIONS AS THEY CHECK ALL TRUST PILOT REVIEWS AND SEE THE THE 1 STARTS 40% REVIEWS WITH SAME ISSUES OVER AND OVER AND EVIDEMCES OF MISLEAD AVD ON WEBSITE AND INSTA WITH TOTAL DIFFERENT PROMISES THAT DO NOT DELIVER AS WELL AS SERVICE VERY BAD IN DELIVERY TIME TOO, TYPE AND LOW QUALITY.
THEY SENT A WOODEN " GIFT" THAT HAS SPLITLNTERS AND DIRTY, NOT A GIFT, WASTE OF MATERIAL AND SPACE AS GARBADGE LOW QUALITY.
