Sirelo is fake

All I want to say is that they are SCAM

I used the service to get find international moving companies. It gave me 5 results, two of which were a clear scam pretending to be a legit company. The other results, which were legit companies, did not receive my request (website claims it contacts the companies and they reach out to you) and I had to ask for a quote in their own websites

Yes they found me a decent removal company, even if I had to do the legwork to compare quotes. They're missing a good comparison with filters (volume / weight / sharing truck or no etc).
But they also asked me for a review in exchange for an Amazon voucher. The voucher never arrived! and one of their emails said "it's not a scam!".
No answer to my emails, non existent customer service.

My husband asked Sirelo for the best 5 companies for removals and I had only heard of 1 of them. Most had bad reviews so I wouldn’t use them.
Secondly since contacting Sirelo I have received loads of junk spam mail !
Thanks for giving my email to anyone Sirelo. ! Now I have to change it and hide it !

Useless service. Contacted them for a move from EU to US. All I got were 2 addresses, one pointing to a UK company that has terrible ratings (some called it fake company) the other address asked me to put in all data again, even though I had given them to sirelo already. Save your time and skip sirelo!

I contacted Sirelo for a quote on an international move from Toronto to Scotland. In reply, they sent me a list of companies to contact and a volume calculator Excel sheet. Never once was I contacted by a real person and no one from the suggested companies ever called. Eight months later, I get a request to write a review asking if I was happy with my Sirelo Move? It appears that they haven't a clue as to who their customers even are. If they can't figure out who they have actually moved, I sure wouldn't be trusting them with all my earthly possessions.

If you are really moving and need a great company, call SantaFe Relocation Services in Texas and ask for Holly. Santa Fe is a real company, staffed by real people who care about you and your move. That's who I actually went with and I couldn't be happier!

Removed my very bad review of studentverhuizers probably because student verhuizers is one of the advertizers on their website

This site and operation is terrible!!!! The site basically only uses algorithms - there are no real people so if you have any specific issues dont expect them to resolve them for you. AVOID....

Their website comparing other removal companies is an absolute scam. They literally refuse to publish positive reviews of their competitors, while negative reviews (no matter how offensive or fabricated) are published immediately. There is no way for a company to defend themselves; it is not possible to reply to reviews. When a review is reported, they do not react. They ignore all emails regarding this matter. You can try calling all day, they are never available. Absolutely DISGUSTING business practice- the only way they can get customers is to slander other removal companies!!
