Great experience!
I enjoyed Paul, he was informative, collaborative and encouraged answers, this is a great way to learn.
His ability to be inclusive and made me question my previous learning, and then took the time to explain “why”. This is a distinct advantage of any teacher!

Excellent first aid training
Excellent first aid training. The session was engaging from start to finish and packed with useful information. The real-life anecdotes brought the content to life and made the lessons easy to relate to and remember.

Bill was great
Bill was great! One of the ladies that was in the training was quite distressed by the CPR training. He took her out of the room and calmed her down. As someone that has a close family member that had to perform CPR in their own mother and has a lot of trauma attached to it it was brilliant how he managed to support her. He is a kind and knowledgeable person.
