So, I came here expecting to see siri.. the robot that is in my phone that everyone knows and loves! Simple right?

So far the worst experience in my life. Either they are busy or have "meeting" and dont answer the phone, or they are busy. In 3 week where i have called ive gotten through on hold 2 times. First time my phone rand 3 seconds, the second time barely a second. People probably wanted to be done witv work since ot was close to 15.00.
Can't imagine how that is helping people.

Residence cards
Good day we arrived and registered in Randers municipality since August 2023 , authorization for medical registration,and got our CPR numbers till now we didn't receive our residence cards,in siri they said we needed to do new biometrics and we did so in October 2023, then waited til know for the delivery of cards, but we still contact siri and they said it is a technical error that prevents issuing the cards , and advice me to apply for new cards and it will take more time , my wife's card is issued (as siri said)but still not received, I apply with my two sons new application for new cards(ko1) and the said it will take more than 8 weeks to issue , meanwhile we don't have residence cards so we can travel freely, I asked to process our cases in Swiffer and fast manner
