Placed the order and it was received in 4 days, very efficient. Also received the additional box of free tea bags as part of the Special Deal.

The ordered shipment arrived in South Africa via USPS, who work with the South African Postal Services, which are in a mess.
To track parcel down and collect took me two weeks.

For future orders I would like to ask that my orders come via DHL door to door service.

I dont mind paying extra for this, but it releases a lot of stress and running around trying to find the parcel.

The orders are always shipped right away, and communicating with customer service is pleasant and helpful.
I will continue ordering products from the Sir Jason Winters website.

I didn't realize that one bag can make 3 cups, so I ended up making one very strong cup. I think it would be better to have the directions a little bigger or bolder.

I've enjoying these teas for a few years now. They're healthy and tasty.
Sadly they were out of the tea with Chaparral.

I was a cancer patient in 2015 and all during my chemotherapy and radiation I drank Sir Jason Winters tea with sage. It help me tremendously minimizing the side effects of all the cancer drugs.
Thank the Lord, I'm cancer free, but I still buy and drink this "wonderful' tea.
Every time I hear someone has cancer, I highly recommend it to everybody, It's great !!!

I love your product! But it took me three times to figure out your instructions for ordering to get a free box of tea. There were two different directions given! One was to order 2 and receive the third one free. Twice I ordered two and did NOT get the free tea. Then I saw the other direction that said to order 3 and pay for two, and I finally got the free box. It made me wonder if the confusion was intended to save you money! I hope not.
