I received four incorrect items that I wanted to return. Contacting customer service was very complicated and lengthy. They didn't give me an address for the return and instead of getting €270 back, I only got €30 (!) back.
I would never recommend anyone buying products from this brand. Buying from this website has meant that I have lost a lot of money.
I ordered three items and none of the products I received were the correct ones. I contacted Sischon who has been really difficult to talk to regarding this. They won't give me an address that I can send the items back to. Instead, the only thing they are willing to offer is that they will give me a refund of 20 euros - even though I paid 235 euros for my products (!!).
This is unbelievable bad customer service and I have no trust in this brand at all.
