SISSFiT is fantastic

SISSFiT is fantastic! I highly recommend to every woman! The workouts are fun and efficient and very well designed. I always hated running until trying these workouts and now it’s my favorite way to get in a quick and effective workout. I started with Elevate about 18 months after having my second baby. I did Elevate 1.0 and 2.0 and Accelerate. Even though I was in relatively good shape when I started, I saw physical changes after 1.0 and additional strength improvements after 2.0 and accelerate challenged my running fitness even more. Then I did Elevate 1.0 and 2.0 again with modifications while pregnant with #3. Now 6 months postpartum I’m fully back in the swing again and have completed Elevate 1.0 again and am finishing up my first challenge, Fit Through the Holidays. I’ve loved every SISSFIT program I’ve purchased! My goal is to get back into shape enough to tackle Accelerate 2.0!

LOVE LOVE LOVE SissFit

LOVE LOVE LOVE SissFit. I've been on board for over a year now and enjoy these workouts! That's a pretty big thing for me to say, that I enjoy working out. They are doable, modifiable if you need to, and Kelly and Lauren are right there with you for support, questions, and motivation the whole time. I recommend to everyone!

It all started with Accelerate program…

I started with the Accelerate program and have been hooked ever since! I've improved my speed both on and off the treadmill and now am focusing on my strength through the various challenges. SISSFiT challenges make it easy to get your workouts in by giving you a plan with goals in advance. They also give you the opportunity to connect with others which helps those of us who need accountability. I've done 3 challenges and I'll continue to do more. Thank you SISSFiT!

EXCEPTIONAL

Sissfit's Lauren and Kelly are EXCEPTIONAL! They work SO hard to make the workouts challenging but do-able and truly care about everyone. Would recommend Sissfit to anyone without reservations.

Perfect for limited free time!

I have done two challenges and purchased on guide so far, and I’m already signed up for the next two. I have LOVED these workouts. Not only are they incredibly easy to follow with plenty of demonstrations where needed, they are the perfect about of time given a busy schedule. My husband travels for work and we have a one year old, so time is at a premium. SissFit workouts are perfect because there is some flexibility to when they can be completed, they require minimal equipment, they’re quick and intense, but don’t require any thought after a long day since they tell you exactly what to do. For someone who used to love taking classes and getting out of the house to workout, these have been the perfect substitute since having a baby. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, but especially someone with a busy schedule and limited options to get out of the house. I can’t wait to see what else they come out with!

My biggest transformation

I can't say enough good things about SISSFiT. I was already in pretty good shape when joining the last 4 week challenge, but it ended up being one of the biggest transformations I have ever seen (and it really is only 30 minutes per day)! I have noticeably lost "cushion" around my stomach and have increased muscle tone and leanness over my entire body. I have never been a runner, especially on the treadmill, but the FitRadio coached workouts are invaluable. They make the most of my 30 minutes and are great for any level of fitness. Lauren and Kelly's tips on running form were easy to understand and implement to stop heel striking. The strength workouts are fast and effective. Do yourself a favor and trust their methods and workouts, and give it a try.

TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY WORTH IT! Where do I begin? These girls are amazing and know how to really rev up your workout routine no matter what level you are! I am never bored with whatever workout they provide! I actually see true results and have not once felt like I bulked up! They truly care about you and your health and are great motivators! I loved it

I loved it! I like to change things up and I was running out of ideas of what to do. I love that the workouts are short and intense and easy to follow. Doing a few moves in the sequences given made it easy to remember what to do. I was not a treadmill person, I've always preferred running outside, but I really liked the treadmill workouts. Fitradio was great. The cues that Kelly and Lauren gave throughout the workouts made the time fly by. You can get a great workout wherever you are: home, gym, hotel gym :). I think it was a great experience! Thank you Lauren and Kelly!

SISSFiT create empowering workouts and a sustainable lifestyle with you

Loved the fall challenge. I feel faster and more empowered. I have been doing SISSFiT workouts for over a year and they never get old and continue to challenge me. What I have noticed is now I am intrinsically driven due to the empowerment and encouragement from Lauren and Kelly. This is new for me as over the years I have not felt personally motivated or been able to sustain this to make the changes for me I desire. They are inspiring women and would highly recommend anyone at any level to try out their workouts.

Thanks for Falling into Fitness with me!

Like many Sissfit customers, I am a former college athlete. Kelly and Lauren's guides give a similar intensity, accountability, and consistency that my practices in college gave, which I just can't get my from myself with a busy lifestyle. The 30 minute sessions are perfect for time management (be sure to give extra time to de-sweat!) I am thankful for Kelly and Lauren's expertise.

Lauren and Kelly are fantastic! The combination of cardio with HIIT strength training all in 30 min was a great fit for this busy working momma. The partnership with FitRadio for their fall challenge really helped make the cardio workouts.. it was amazing to hear that encouragement the whole way! The workouts can be modified to fit your current fitness level too which is great!

These 30 minute workouts are THE BEST! I can't say enough about how smartly they're designed, or how lovely the sisters are who designed them. The workouts can grow with me, so that as my fitness improves I can up the intensity of the workouts and they can continue to totally kick my butt. After several rounds of Accelerate I feel and look slimmer, am running way faster (I've shaved 45 seconds off my 800 meter time), and my legs are so much stronger. Kelly and Lauren are wonderful coaches, have such great content on their social media sites, and are so down to earth and approachable.

SISSFiT Review

SISSFiT's workout guides and platform content have provided me with such a well rounded, realistic, and effective approach to fitness. Most of their workouts are just 30-40 minutes a day and can be done with little to no equipment. As an ex-college athlete, these workouts still make me feel challenged and more athletic. In addition, Lauren and Kelly are both so authentic and hands-on in supporting their clients. It feels like you have your own personal trainers :) I could not recommend SISSfit more, for both those who are just starting a fitness journey or those who have been on one for many years!
