Ordered my item on the 21st December with 1 day express delivery.
Parcel failed to arrive, I contacted them 24th of December as I had received no mail stating parcel was despatched.
I received then recieved a mail stating that an email was sent to me regarding item was damaged and that i could order another item with a free gift.
I have recieved no mail from Sistalk nor in my junk/spam folder.
My order was then cancelled.
Be sure to check the reviews as this business does not operate with a forward facing customer service approach.
It was a blatant lie that an email had been sent to me, my item was a Christmas present that failed due to an inadequate approach from Sistalk as a business.
Do NOT use..

Item ordered 10 days ago and still not delivered despite stating a 3 to 4 day delivery. Arrived 15th November after I contacted them with additional gift enclosed

Fraud, avoid

No reply to emails with faulty item, or live chat. Item is faulty!

Bargain price, nice product and really fast shipping.

I have order a product from this company nd have tried to contact company several times. Was told someone would contact me but that did not happen. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will not order from this company again.
