Did not receive 2 day shipping
I ordered a bipap machine and specified and paid for two day delivery. When checking the tracking number I saw that it would delivered by UPS Ground and wouldn’t be delivered for seven days. I needed it in two days to go with me on a business trip. I called them and received an apology and was offered a refund for the shipping charges. Although I received the refund, I couldn’t take it with me on the trip.

SistemmaCPAP - Amazing Results with ResMed AirSense 10 Autoset & Advice from Steven
Steven at SistemmaCPAP provided the most insight that I have ever been provided on CPAP and APAP machines which led me to switch to a ResMed AirSense 10 Autoset unit. The change in my results is incredible!
I always had inconsistent nights on my 7 yr old Philips Respironics 60 Series (some good nights and some so-so), so I finally checked with my regular local supplier about a replacement; however, they would not replace my unit now, because they were focused on the recent Philips recall for 50 series & older CPAP units. I then checked a few online suppliers and found SistemmaCPAP to have the best price and the best service (from Steven answering my questions & helping with setup).
The best part is that I went from averaging 4 to 5 AHI on my old CPAP for the last 7 yrs to now averaging 1.0 AHI on my new Autoset APAP for the last month. I've been as low as 0.22 and only as high as 1.54 after figuring out my settings. When helping by phone with the Autoset APAP setup, Steven told me "With this machine, you shoot for zero. It is not hard to stay under 1 AHI." Took only about a week to figure out the best pressure range settings for me (11.0cm max - 6.0cm min - EPR 3.0cm - 4 heat). Still staying with the AirFit P10 nasal pillow model that I switched to 3 years ago. Also, I downloaded the OSCAR software from ApneaBoard.com for my own therapy analysis using the SD card from the old CPAP and my new APAP. I can see how the pressure now auto-adjusts with my 3-5 sleep cycles each night. Amazing!!!
Tape all over product box with important details
You should NOT tape the whole product box with your company tape (Sistemma) and fragile tape. Worse of all, you paste over the important information of product labelling. It is so messy and difficult to remove.
Update: I don't think you should decide what I do with my product box. I would not call it shipping box but product box. I keep all my product boxes, I do not throw them. I treat them as part of product. It is useful if I need to ship out for rma or service or even when moving places.
I keep my boxes even for my 5 year old monitors. Do you throw your iPhone or computer boxes and just keep the product? Do you see iPhone product boxes being taped all over? It gave a lousy first impression of the product. It is also difficult to cut through so many tapes. Why not just put product box in another shipping box.
You taped out the important details. You tape over the product labels, with information not found on the product itself. If I remove your tape, the label is tored along with it. I have to try to look through your tape.
I just giving a true review and hope you take customer feedback seriously.

The unit shipped was defective
The unit shipped was defective, but after having emailed them a copy of the unusual sound they device made, they were quick to respond and send a shipping label to send the unit back. Even though I don't have a unit, they interaction leaves me very satisfied that I will go back to them for future CPAP need.
