Shitty service

They said the order would arrive in 14 days and that ended up turning into three months and when I complained and asked for their help the only thing they could tell me to do is wait and they did not even apologise once not to mention there is no tracking available for the package until it is actually sent. I was counting the order to come for the arrival date because it was my mother‘s birthday and I did not get the present in time.

We would like to clarify that the item you ordered was listed on our website as a pre-order, meaning the product was not yet available at the time of purchase and would be shipped once it arrived. As soon as the item became available, your order was shipped immediately. According to our records, the package has since been delivered and received.

Tracking information only becomes available once a parcel has been handed over to the shipping company. Since this was a pre-order and the item had not yet been shipped at that time, it is normal that no tracking was available during that period.

We would also like to note that in the order communication the item was mentioned as a gift for a friend’s birthday. Regardless, we understand that waiting longer than expected can be frustrating when something is meant as a gift.
We do hope that the gift arrived safely and that you’re happy with it.

I ordered boots from them on January 6th and still haven’t received them

I ordered boots from them on January 6th. On the website it said that the boots need preordering and will arrive 23rd of January and will be posted right away!! They started posting the boots arrival on social media but I still had no information about the shipment. I sent them a message on WhatsApp-no answer, sent them an email 2days ago- waiting for an answer. Now I have unnecessary stress from boots that will probably never arrive. Absolutely the worst communication I have ever had. Would have had the boots at my doorstep 3x faster if I ordered them from a cheap site, such as SHEIN for example.
Should have read the reviews before ordering from there.

We’re sorry for your experience and the stress this caused. The preorder boots have unfortunately been delayed and are now scheduled to be shipped around mid-February. We answer both WhatsApp and email messages daily. Please send us your order number and we will respond with your status.
If you don’t want to wait for the delayed shipment, you can also choose to cancel your order and receive a refund.

Order not delivered

Order not delivered. Had to insist to get a solution as they asked me to deal with the transport company. Transport company Said that the order was sent back. Sister-ship nos says that when it comes back, I Will have to pay delivery costs. Adding IF it comes back. Extremely poor Customer service

If the package was not delivered to you and the shipping company has indicated it will be returned to the sender, the delivery attempt likely failed. We will need to wait patiently until the package is returned to us. Once we receive it, we can resend the package, provided the shipping cost is paid again. They are very bad in comunication with…

They are very bad in comunication with customer, i'm waiting for a refund and they didn't pay attention foe that. They gave me 14 working days after my return and its almost one month, i keep tryiing but no answer. I really don't like it.

Little hickup resolved quickly

Had a little hickup on the order that i made. Only one pair of shoes arrived instead of the 2 that where ordered. But after a qucik chat with the staff everything was resolved quickly and the second pair was send that day

I did an purchase on 15-16 januari

I did an purchase on 15-16 januari, and it took 8 days to be POSTED. Even shein who export products from China can post and deliver something faster. On their website they promise to deliver the next day if you buy until an specific time. I didn't, so I understood could take 2 days or so to be delivered. But it took 9 days to be delivered. And I got very scared to be scammed after I readed all the bad experiences here. I tried to reach contact and the answer was not even professional, the approach is far way to be concerned with the customer. An short answer like " it was posted today" without even explanation why it took so many days to be posted, not even an apology for the delay. And then when I got my package, only 1 product was packed nice, the other one wasn't even on plastic to protect. So I wouldn't recommend this store and I won't buy again. You can find other stores with the same products, and even more famous that can deliver more respect and commitment with their customers.
