I had ordered a (wig&bun hair-Set) what they sent me look like a Real-rat's),(back& front)the Wig-Set wasn't EVEN-( usable to wear on your head!!!!) A total ripoff I would never order nothing through this company again!!!!!😠😠😠 and they didn't care!!!!!!! 😠😠😠😠😠
Oh dear, sorry I didn't read these reviews first. What they sent me was not what I ordered, and they refused to refund me, just like everyone else. Note that this is the same company as SheSwish, and apparently SmileyHomey as well
Dreadful - I was sent the wrong product but when I try to get the correct one or a refund I am totally ignored.
No product, no response to emails, and now the site is down. Horrible!
I ordered a Hair trimmer on may 3 and have not received anything more than 10 weeks later, can not contact anyone from website over the phone, emailed them 4 times already without response, it must be a “scam” fraudulent company, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to Buy stuff from them.
Disappointed
I ordered 2 products from this website and with their policy of saying that it will be delivered in 5 - 10 days, it took over 2 months. When the product (sports bra) arrived, they were unsuitable and cheaply made, giving me no support @sitbacana.com. I would not use this website again, as when enquiring where my products were 3 times, by email. I received no confirmation or advise about how long they would be. The lack of communiction is terrible and all they bother about is taking your money. Wish me luck on getting a refund.
Sitebacana sent the wrong product and after multiple emails, still had no replies. Extreme poor service at it's best.
If I could give less than one star then I would. They posted my item to an address that dont exist! Which means I will not get my order!! Dispite numerous emails to get a refund..no joy..they are thief's, no doubt they will close and open up as another company .disgrace
