Most of what you can do, you can get for free on Google Analytics, Sitechecker present it a little better.
My biggest concern is now we have finished evaluating our websites, there is no way to contact them,
THE LIVE CHAT DOES NOT WORK, THE CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION BUTTON DOES NOT WORK.
I have tried both over several days to give the benefit of doubt that the website may be glitchy. After reading other reviews, I now realise it is by design!

The only way I am going to be able to cancel is contact my bank and tell them they are a scam company. DO NOT USE THEM.

Sitechecker.pro is one of it's best, as it highlights all the issues your site is having and directs you on how to make correction of it. It is an easy to use app. And I highly recommend it to both beginners and experts.

The first time I failed to use this service was in 2020. I am a programmer, not a specialist in SEO, but I managed to achieve very good results, and largely thanks to sitechecker.
I like the service. Very convenient site monitoring. User-friendly and intuitive interface. Now I have several projects that I want to put in order and promote, and to start with we launched a trial of sitechecker.
And here we encountered the first problem. Site audit showed 0% speed on lighthouse. Probably a network failure, it happens. Repeated scanning of the speed showed real numbers (something around 70%, but that's not the point). But the 0% status and the number of errors stopped changing! Repeated scans over several days did not change anything!
We wrote to support, but did not get a clear answer. One of the assumptions was that guilty is a trial. Ok, I wrote that I would buy a package for a month. And now, I open the site - and the starter package went from $59 to $99. Really?!
And, by the way, for some reason, the service has removed Russian from the interface. Why? Instead of fixing bugs in the system? Why didn't they add Romanian?

In general terms, I immediately lost the desire to buy a package today, which went up in price by one and a half times, just to see if the guys fixed the bugs in the system, because the new price category has become much more cramped. It is a pity that the service did not become better, but worse, and at the same time GREATLY more costly. And less than 5 years ago I bought a package for something around 30-35$

The cancel button doesn't work!

I saw some reviews saying the cancel button didn’t work. I guess this wasn’t an error but intentional, which just shows how shady this is. It’s crazy and probably illegal. Stay away!

I disabled the AD blocked of brave and it worked, still a big issue.
