Bad experience, bad refund service and not at all support. I bought from them and for 1 week I didn't received nothing. This service doesn't deserve 1 star but ZERO star.

Lame service
Lame service, lame support, and refunds are canceled even if you are in their ToS. I just asked PayPal for refunds with them since that is the only payment method. They also wiped my account with them without nothing and sent continuously emails with invoices.

Simply the best....
The support I received from SiteTide was unreal the response times are so quick, even throughout the night!
The services are amazing way better then my old provider - never any issues and whenever I do have an issue the team can't do enough for me.
The prices are extremely cheap especially for what you receive - I'd quite happily recommend these guys to anyone.
