Worst experience ever. Fraud company
Now they dont even reply on my refund query and boss (mr.. Jitu s) has even blocked my number and does not even answer.
It has been 4 months since 18/12/2018 i have been waiting for my refund. . Such a cheater company.
They dont even care about customer service or customer issues. . .

A big NO to SIT holidays
Please never go to SIT holidays.
SIT is totally unreliable. Please do not book with them at all. I planned my trip ( Golden Triangle) 3 months in advance and made all payments on time. I was issued hotel vouchers, which were invalid. When I reached the hotel with my family, there was no booking in my name. The hotel said they did not make the payment. My entire day got spoilt over calls and complaints and I was redirected to a pathetic hotel. The entire trip got ruined. I claimed compensation/ refund and SIT refused. I will now go to consumer court

we booked our family Dubai trip with them.
Worst of worst experience of our life.
We travel a lot and have travelled the world but never had such an experience as with SIT Holidays.
They are liars, they booked us on the lowest package of Dubai, all sharing basis, all non-ac whereas charged us for the highest package. Not just that, even after multiple follow-ups and informing that we are with aged parents and a 5 month old infant, they were non-bothered and kept playing blame game.
In short, from dirty cabs to irresponsible executives, worst ever experience.
Please do not book any of their package.
