Angela W for the win! I had trouble getting access to the premium version of the site through my work benefits. I emailed the parent company Bright Horizons multiple times with no resolution. I tried the chat feature on sittercity directly and was able to get to Angela who activate the corporate benefit in under a minute. So thankful!

I've used this app a few times and I must say it comes in real handy, and the babysitters have been really good, so I totally recommend. Any concerns I've had had been handled professionally by Angela W, 5 stars!

I had a unique situation, because my husband asked me to sign up for SitterCity to start looking for baby sitters for our 17month old. I use my email and password, but his work details since the benefits are from his job. The system didn't allow that to give us the premium access. Luckily, Angela was able to assist very quickly to merge the account so the premium benefits would be applied. I really appreciated her sense of urgency, and great communication throughout the process!
