My first order was for 4 items. Two were very oversized for me, large chest and skinny sleeves. One item fit great. The fourth item, a sleep shirt seemed large, I wasn't sure at first.
I set up a return for the two items (tee shirts) and I was emailed a return shipping label. Before I shipped them back I placed an order for the size down of the sleep dress so I could compare. I liked the smaller one. I submitted a return for it.
Since I had two labels for the three items, I emailed in advance to ask if I could ship everything in one package.
Some time went by. I apparently, randomly, used the label for the one item, the sleep dress. I got one email saying the label for the tees had expired. I got a second email confirmation they had received the sleep dress. I let well over a week go by, hoping I'd see a credit for all 3 items. There hasn't even been a credit for the item they acknowledged.

I began a series of emails today. First, "Lisa" replied they did not have record of the order number. (Also weird, I cannot pull record of my order number or account-the website says there is no account under
my email-although I have all emails they've sent me) Fortunately, I had not logged out of the account on my laptop which had a tab open to that order. I grabbed a screen shot. Then proceeded to navigate my account and took more shots. After I sent a picture of the order, they were able to locate record I had placed it. But they didn't have any record of their receipt of my package until I sent a screen shot an email from them to confirm they got it. That wasn't enough proof for them. I was asked to prove by the tracking number that they got it. I took a screenshot of the USPS tracking information saying it was delivered to an individual.
Lisa finally relented and said I'd get a refund for the sleep dress. She states that this family owned business can't track down who actually opened the package and can't verify the 2 tees were in it, she can't refund them. She said I could open another refund request. We all know I don't have the shirts. Also, they charge 8.00 if you return 2 packages from the same order. My refund will reflect that charge. They have to open a case to get that refunded when they have record I only sent one package.

Sivana's Customer Service was outstanding when helping me with expediting orders and applying discounts. I love Sivana's soft, natural fabrics, simple, solid colors and very comfortable fit. I've ordered Sivana's clothing for years - Perfect for life in Hawaii where I am from.

I have several, short and long sleeve.
I did return one because the sleeves were too long for me but the exchange was very quick and easy.
I highly recommend this company and their clothes.

I have not returned or exchanged anything yet as everything I have purchased is wonderful so I can not comment on that .However ordering is easy,shipping is fast and the clothes are great quality TTS and sooo soft. Actually I called bxxxxxx when someone told me about Sivana clothes but I decided I would try a shirt and now I am hooked! I live in these clothes! Literally!

Elegant, comfortable, well-made clothing. Lovely range of color choices. I found clothes that were flattering and appealing for my 67-year-old body. Clothes you can wear all year long. Customer service is outstanding, shipping is quick. I will be buying more!

I personally am not happy with a company that doesn't support plus sizes. Especially in the pants line. That being said the turn around time from order to delivery is satisfactory. And I love the comfort of the bamboo clothing.

I appreciate finding quality clothes made in the USA! When one of my items came with a "made in China" tag, I contacted the company and asked about it. They said they source things globally and not everything was made domestically. I sent it back and they were happy to give me a refund or exchange. I will say the quality of what I kept is excellent!

Recommended by a coworker, purchased for my wife that is a teacher and she loves it! Says it’s super comfortable and true to size!

Sivana clothing is so soft , comfortable, stylish , I absolutely love the two cardigans I purchased and plan to add more items to my wardrobe soon!!

Ive never been disappointed with a purchase. My ONLY complaint, is the length of the pants. I'm 5'2"... the bamboo wide legs are about 5+ inches too long. I wish they had length options for shorter women. Other than that, their styles are easy and nice... the materials are comfortable, and I love a company with a good cause.

The long bamboo yoga wrap was on sale. So versatile, slits on both sides, you an tie the front and great to roll and pack!
I bought 2 the colors are also versatile- I have sage and green which can be worn with anything.
Material is the softest you could ever believe.
I recommend it to everyone.
PS. I’m 5’4 and it probably mid calf.
