I wanted to share some feedback regarding a recent order experience. Just before Christmas, I noticed it was the wrong size of shoes being sent. While I appreciate that the correct size arrived promptly after I placed a new order, the handling of the original incorrect order was problematic.

I was advised not to accept the incorrect order, and it would be returned for a refund. However, FedEx left the package outside without requiring a signature, and I had to pay £18 to return the item. Unfortunately, SVD refused to sign for the returned package, and now the shoes are missing. Return to sender since 31 of December. This has resulted in me being charged twice for one pair of shoes.

I am disappointed with the service I received and hope that improvements can be made to prevent similar issues in the future. Specifically, ensuring proper handling of returns and clear communication regarding refund processes. I have now kicked off other means to get my money back.

I confirmed my order on 10th and got the package on 13th. I live in New York and the speed was amazing! My shoes are perfectly fine. Definitely genuine products. All the instructions are clear.

Efficiency, availability, packing. Even price is the lowest around. Perfectly satisfied. Keep the good job. Please offer some more discounts for limited-budget customers.

Shoes were delivered quickly to the United States. 2-3 days after being shipped!

Says on the website 14 days returns, said on order confirmation that no returns accepted. Prices don’t include UK Customs and duties charges, only in the small print and not advised before purchase. Pretty opaque and dodgy, wouldn’t buy again as a UK customer.

Response makes it seem like info is clearly displayed for you at the time of purchase, didn’t realise with a luxury brand I was supposed to spend my shopping experience reading T&Cs - you know as opposed to them letting you know at point of purchase.

Amazing very good

Received my item that was unfortunately too big. I returned the item paying for International postage from the UK.
I’ve now been informed that sivasdescalzo.com have refused delivery and it is to be sent back to me. No doubt I’ll have more added costs for it to clear customs.
Completed the returns online as instructed and this was accepted by sivasdescalzo.com.. no doubt they’ll reply with some nonsense that it’s not their fault.
Don’t use this company unless you’re sure you won’t need to return your purchase.

I am deeply disappointed with the poor shipping service. I placed order #2100229881 to be delivered to my friend’s address in Co. Kildare, Ireland. I paid for express delivery to ensure it arrived promptly, as I am traveling on the 15th. The order was supposed to arrive between the 9th and 10th of December, but today is the 13th, and I still haven’t received it.

The tracking information provided is confusing and inaccurate, showing the package inexplicably moving between Europe, the USA, and Canada. This delay has created a massive disruption to my plans, as I specifically relied on express shipping to avoid such issues.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and urgently need this matter resolved. This experience has been stressful, and it makes me question whether I can trust this company for future purchases.
