Ordered 34 days ago. No delivery. Told to read your website where it says up to 15 working days, and now you're ignoring emails. I'm going to try all your social channels to get a response. Your telephone is going straight to voicemail.

Ordered like £100+ worth of salt. Was over a month and still no salt. Than I contacted customer services and they were so rude and clearly don’t know how to help their customers. Honestly would never buy from here. I don’t mind the fact that they were very late on delivery but the awful customer service was just off putting.

This is a scam company. They have copied Siwa salt direct's website and are stealing money from people. I lost £54.00 - SCAM

Poor quality packaging. When I unpacked the boxes 75%(9/12) of the bags were slashed open down one side. 66%(8/12) bags contain broken blocks. Only 3/12 (25%) were of merchantable quality. Siwa seem to have a serious materials handling problem. Avoid this supplier.

I have made an order with this company first time thinking I was saving my self some money now I wish I just used the usual people I've been using for years 😑 they not answering calls or emails verts bad service never again. I will try get money back through PayPal I hope 😡

A very good supplier of Salt tablets at a competitive price with free delivery. A good old fashioned company who answer your calls and willing to. put things right.

Ordered 12 packs of block salt but 2 weeks later got a call to say I lived outside their free delivery area. This was not clear on the website. They promised to refund my money but actually never did.
Have tried calling but no answer and no response to e-mails.
Will NEVER use this lot again, and it looks like I will have to use the bank to get my money back.
There are plenty of other salt suppliers out there and so save yourself hassle and use one of them!

Siwa salt is a good company with a good customer service. They deliver when they say they will delivery. I have not had a bad experience will keep using them.

Ordered 12 blocks of salt for express delivery. Two weeks later I got a delivery confirmation email (no delivery). I wrote to Siwa Salt immediately and got no response to this or my next three emails.

I then called the number on the website and was told that he remembered my order number and the order would be delivered within 48 hours. Apparently "the driver forgot". Four days later, no salt, no answer to my subsequent email and I've started the credit card re-charge process.

It seems that SiwaSalt Ltd might be a scam, I recommend considering alternative suppliers. For the few pounds I (thought I) saved, the three weeks of hassle are not worth it.

Do not use this company.
I ordered 9 packs of salt from this company, it never arrived. I called them and they apologised, but I still have not had a refund (3 weeks later). I have also sent them several emails asking for a refund.
I have now had to raise this with PayPal.
