It’ve been using Siwell since mid-Feb. It’s easy to use (dropper works perfectly), and completely tasteless, and also easy to take with you on a trip. Have to admit that I haven’t been super consistent with taking it, so while I have seen some improvement in my skin elasticity, my nails remain soft and my hair thin. Aim to use daily with next bottle to see more results across the board.
